Unex is a Board Managed Company. Its Directors are well qualified, having vast experience of serving tour and travel industry. CA K.K. Gupta, Chairman of the company, is a Chartered Accountant, having experience of more than 40 years, has served Rotary International, as District Governor during the year 1992-1993 and is associated with various educational, vocational and professional organizations viz. Apeejay Education Society, PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI), Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHEM), Rotary International Fellowship of Travel Agents, USA and Family Planning Association of India (FPAI). The other members, Mr. Sammeer Gupta, Ms. Lakshmi Gupta, Ms. Tripti Gupta and Ms. Samira Gupta, serving the board, with vast experience of tour and travel industry.

We have been appointed by Rotary International, as Official Travel Agent for Rotary Zone Institute from Dec. 10 to 12, 1999 at Agra, to provide air ticketing, hotel bookings, transport facilities, cultural program and other travel related services to delegates coming from different parts of India and also from Srilanka, Pakistan & Bangladesh.

“Population Summit” organized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India in partnership with Rotary International in the year 2000.

R.I. Presidential Celebration on Water Management – 2003

R.I. Presidential Celebration on Water Management organized by Rotary International in partnership with Ministry of Water Resources, Govt. of India, held on December 08 & 09, 2003 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

R.I. Presidential Polio Summit – 2004

The Company, provided Travel and Tour related services to the delegates attending “R.I. Presidential Polio Summit – 2004” organized by Rotary International in partnership with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, held on August 07 & 08, 2004 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. This Summit was inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of India, H.E. (DR.) A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

Rotary South Asia Goodwill Summit – 2007

Provided travel related services to the delegates, who attended the Rotary South Asia Goodwill Summit on February 12 & 13, 2007 at Hotel Ashok, New Delhi.

We have been appointed by Rotary International, as Official Travel Agent, to provide air ticketing, hotel bookings, transport facilities, cultural program and other travel related services to delegates coming from different parts of India and also from Srilanka, Pakistan & Bangladesh.

We are organizing Educational / Historical Excursion Tours to different places i.e. Amritsar (Golden Temple & Wagah Border), Dharamshala, Agra and Jaipur for students and interactors (Nos. 75 – 100) of different Apeejay Schools.

India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) (Govt. of India)

As Official Travel Agent, we have provided travel related services, to “India International Trade Fair, 2007,2008 & 2009”, “Tax-Styles India 2008 & 2009” and “AAHAR – The International Food Fair – 2008 & 2009” at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

International Yoga Seminar (YOCOCEN), Brazil

The Company organized an International Yoga Seminar on October 13, 14 & 15, 2008 at Parmarth Niketan,Rishikesh (Uttaranchal), Feb. 26 to Mar. 01, 2009 at Hotel Jayamahal Palace, Bangalore (Karnataka), Apr. 23 to 25, 2010 at Pokhra, Kathmandu (Nepal), Sponsored by International Yoga Coordination Centre (YOCOCEN),Mumbai under the Chairmanship of Ms. Maria Helena de Bastos Freire from Brazil.

Polio Summit – 2012

The company in the recent past acted as Official Travel Agents and event management at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, held on Feb. 25 & 26, 2012, organized by Ministry of Health & FW, Govt. of India in partnership with Rotary International.

All departments are being looked after by qualified professionals. The office is equipped with modern computerized infrastructure and with alike communication facilities. The company has also a division manned with a team of qualified personnel for organizing meetings and conferences in India.
