Day 1 – Arrive Delhi, overnight stay
Day 2 – Full day Sightseeing of Old and New Delhi, overnight stay
Day 3 – Morning flight from Delhi to Kathmandu, afternoon visit to Patan & Tibetan Refugee, overnight stay
Day 4 – Full Day visit to Pashupatinath, Boudhnath, Bhadgaon and Swambhunath, overnight stay
Day 5 – Morning drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, second largest city of Nepal with approx. 250,000 inhabitants and is situated approx. 200 Kms / 6 – 7 hours drive, subject to weather condition, overnight stay
Day 6 – Full day Sightseeing of Pokhara city visiting David Fall, Seti Gorge, Bindhyabasini Temple Old Bazar and one hour boat ride on Phewa Lake Begnas & Rupa Lake, overnight stay
Day 7 – Morning drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, overnight stay
Day 8 – Morning flight from Kathmandu to Paro, the flight into Bhutan takes you the great Himalayas, offering you the most scintillating scenery of the world’s highest glacial peaks, as you enter Paro Valley, you will see the silvery Pa-chu (Paro River) meandering down the valley, The Paro Dzong (Fortress) and the Ta Dzong, on arrival proceed to Thimphu (approx. 55 kms / 01 hour drive), overnight stay
Day 9 – Full Day Sightseeing of Thimphu visiting Memorable Chorten, The Textile Museum, Folk Heriage Museum, Takin Sanctuary, School of Arts and Crafts, National Library & Tashichho Dzong, overnight stay
Day 10 – Morning drive from Thimphu to Punakha (approx. 77 Kms / 03 hours drive). During drive view over the Himalayan Panoply at Dorchula pass at 10,500 feet is one of the most spectacular sights in all Bhutan, added is the 108 Chortens (small Stupas) making it a visual delight, continue the drive towards Wandue and visit the impressive Wangdue Dzong built in 1638 by the shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel and enlarged in 1683 by the fourth Temporal Ruler of Bhutan, Desi Tenzin Rabgye, later visit Chimi Lhakhang & beautiful Dzong in Bhutan built in 1637 by Shabdrung, the spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan prior to the present dynasty, overnight stay
Day 11 – Morning drive from Punakha to Paro (approx. 130 Kms / 05 hours drive), afternoon visit the National Museum which houses the impressive collection of fine arts, paintings, bronzes, textiles, jewellery and handicrafts sections as well as galleries of stamps, later visit to Rinpung Dzong, the Fortress of the Heap of Jewels, overnight stay
Day 12 – Morning 20 minutes drive to the end of the valley to Drukgyel Dzong from where one can see the towering peak of Jomolhari, this mountain also revered as a powerful goddess, forms the border with Tibet and provides magnificent background to the ruined Drukgyel Dzong and village, later drive to Rumthangka and begin the Taktsang hike, Taktsang Monastery clinging on the steep rock, is one of the hlliest temple in Bhutan, the trek to the temple through the pine tree and sweet aroma of the air is indeed a very special and memorable event, afternoon returning to hotel, stop for a visit to Kyichu Temple, overnight stay
Day 13 – Depart from Paro to Delhi for Hometown flight
